Bubble Up With Life

Dear Life Readers; I am sorry. I am very behind with BEAMS. I like to continuously serve up fresh doses of inspiration and meaning for my readers. But wow has life been busy. But I have not forgotten you and this labor of love, to write messages that lift and elevate your lives.

Everyone of us are a unique expression of God’s loving design. We are His workmanship &are fearfully & wonderfully made. Ps.139:14; Eph2:10 – As a George Fox style Quaker, I walk in the here and now and also in the miraculous, at the same time. I have come to know that life is best experienced when God is allowed full exercise in our lives. He is so real to me that I can not keep Him a secret. He Bubbles Up in my life.

Bubble Up

There seems to  be two predominant but misguided schools of faith folks. People who get so spiritually minded that they are no earthly good. And people who’s faith becomes so watered down that they seem to have lost the touch of Divine Inspiration in their life. If I am a reverent student of God & a respectful student of human beings; I can maximize my benefit to both, without losing my relevance and contact with either.

I love it on Twitter, when people share nuggets of truth that you can tell BUBBLE UP from their own wonderful life truths & character. You can feel from their words that beautiful concepts are gushing forth like a stream from the inside of their own heart. You can sense that the wealth of love, happiness and joy that they share is living fountain that they can’t hold back. This is in fact, the incredible essence of a real faith life. My Master said it this way; “But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.” John 4;14

well springing up

Ok. Ok. Yes, I love to share about the realness of God. For me, there is a powerful “link” to the Holy Spirit that I want to convey to others. But I do not have to use churchy or religious terms to share this with you. My Master did not like churchy or religious people, when He walked the earth.  As a messenger of God, you see things you can not explain. My Master asks me to shine the light of these things beyond our comprehension, to you; with His enabling. So I try to answer this mission from God but without stereotypical religious trappings or facades. [Enter my Quaker faith into the picture again.]

Pointing out hypocrisy in others is very frequently a sign of that it is present in you. So my goal is not to point out error in  other people of faith. But to shine such a bright light of genuine faith. That others around me will be attracted to the refreshing love of my Master.  He has a deep well of spiritual living water for all who thirst. My mission is to take people to the well and help them dip the free water.

OK. I also know that there are people who would rather drown you in a well than help you find the well of soul quenching life.  Yes, there are evil human beings. But it is a danger that we become one of these misguided ones, if we are more intent on pointing out the error in others; than helping encourage & grow the good!

So if you have the heavenly water. Do not look to put down those who do not. Your job is to help them get to the well, not point out with some kind of false superiority that you have it and they don’t.

What is greatness in a human being? You should be asking yourself & God that question, every day and trying to attain it and help others attain it too. Voice inflections, accents, dialects, language differences are beautiful to express individuality & background. Look beyond differences, to discover hearts and the beauty of them. // No you do not have to be mushy. Tough guys can do this too.

Tough and Tender

Substance is more important than show. It is no secret that I am a Tim Tebow admirer. Regardless of how his professional football career turns out. He has been quoted as saying “I don’t know what my future holds but I do know who holds my future.” This above all about him is beautiful to me; that he lives his faith in spite of his challenges. And he does so, with much service for others and makes a difference in underprivileged lives. He is a true champion in the way He lets his faith bubble up and bless others, despite his challenges.  Even so, If you want to be a better human being; much of the work of God in you will be done in ways of service, not witnessed by others.

So here is where the rubber meets the road. How do you find a faith that will help you Bubble up with life? How do you find the power to serve others, with the genuineness of an inspired faith? Prayer is a context where the help of God can help you daily review your own heart & conduct. It can be a daily tune up that helps you with the prospect of deep realization & growth.  But in order to find the dynamic that can come from prayer; it must become something more than what you think mystics do. It has to become a daily part of your own personal life. No more to be skipped than breathing or nourishment.

The good news is that the fountain of life that I am speaking of in this post is not the fairy tale “Fountain of Youth” that Ponce de Leon never discovered. No, it is a very real source of power that exists in the world today. In fact, it exists in the very room that you are in right now. Maybe you do not sense the radio waves bouncing all around you. But all you have to do is tune into a radio station to prove that they are there. The miraculous living power of God’s Spirit is like that. If you learn to tap into His Station; He is always available to you; to bubble up in your life with abundant life.

A person’s moral fibre is strengthened when they face the untruths in the world with compassion and courage. It is also strengthened when they face the untruths in themselves with honesty and humility .. The wonderful thing about my Master’s promise of “abundant life” is that He knows the difficulties that we face. I write this BEAM with the prayer that a dynamic infusion of His miraculous spiritual power envelope you even now. So that you too can Bubble Up With Life!

One good thing about being a positive messenger and proponent of powerful truth is that the thoughts have staying power. Like a good TV dinner, they can be reheated and as enjoyable as when first prepared. So it is with the words of this article. The powerful message that God can create in you a Spring of Living Water, that bubbles up to invigorate, radiate and empower every aspect of your life, is definitely a message that deserves to be visited again. Enjoy and be blessed by the words of this topic that have the power to make a meaningful and positive difference in your life!

  5. Thanks for being a blessing
