G.U.T.S. (8) Glow Under The Spirit – A light bulb does very little

shining without the power hooked up and turned on. Hook up

and turn on to the life of God’s Spirit. Let Him shine through

you today.

When my daughter TeNae (a designer name, because I knew she

would be Tenacious). Anyway, when TeNae was a little girl; she had

a great way to tell dad when he was out of whack and get through to

him fast. She would say: “Daddy, plug-in to Jesus.” Cause she knew me

well enough to know, that when I am flowing with God’s love; I act a

whole lot different, than when absorbed with life or its problems.

Most of the time, I could turn on the light of God’s energy

just like plugging a cord in to a light socket. It was that immediate.

All I had to do was realize that I was not being open to God’s energy

and clear the obstructions and ask His Spirit to flow.

God’s Spirit is a Divine electricity. We can allow (or sadly disallow);

the flow of  His Spirit. But when we allow the flow of His Spirit; we are

energized to do things that we can not otherwise do.

I remember when I first had a moment that God overshadowed me

with His Spirit. Someone literally stopped me on the street and asked

me “Do you know that you are glowing?”  Man, that is what I need

everyday = to be glowing with His Spirit. I want that for you to my

friend. Plug in!
