G.U.T.S. (13) Give Until The Sunsets

G.U.T.S. (13) Give Until The Sunsets – Get specific. Right now.

Think of 1 thing you can do to encourage someone else today.

Do it. Do it again tomorrow and the next day. You get the picture.

That is really GUTS, to care about & give to others.

If you are naturally a giving person, this sounds like pretty

good advice to you. If you are not a giving person; you are probably

saying ho-hum about right now. Whats in it for me?

Your peace of mind that’s what. When Jesus advised His

followers about love, He not only recommended that they love

as others loved them, but As He (Jesus) loved them. “And greater

love hath no man than this that he lay down His life for his friends.”

Wow! That is a heavy set of instructions. Especially since Jesus

gave His life, to show us how to do it.

About now you are saying again; where’s the whats in it for me?

Where’s the peace of mind you promised. You know that is like

telling someone about a Godiva chocolate. They are not going to

get the goodie; until they get the real thing and savor it properly.

Challenge your current way of thinking. Find some way to give

to some one that you have not before.  The peace will come. More

certainly than the good of the Godiva chocolate. Start today.

Give Until The Sunsets.
