let tangents of unproductive thoughts get started and run
without check if we want. Or we can replace them with more
healthy and uplifting thoughts.

the thinking. We can not allow discord, disharmony, hatred
and uncleanness to run rampant in our thoughts; without
detriment to our actions. It is not possible to be truly healthy
on the outside, without cultivating healthy thoughts on
the inside.
Shakespeare said “To thine own self be true.” What an
important thought to stay on track with. What is in our
highest good? Are we being truthful with ourselves, about
ourselves? Are we thinking the kind of thoughts that will
produce in us qualities that we will be pleased with?
I have found that a great way to monitor the health of
my internal dialogue is to concentrate on thoughts of value.
