Slam’s Simple Banana cake!

Not all of my experiments in the kitchen turn out so good. But this one turned out better than I hoped for. Really simple too,

When your bananas get to ripe to eat. They are the best to cook with. Just get a box of Duncan and Hines lemon cake mix and a container of cream cheese icing. Leave one egg out of the recipe and 1/4 cup of oil out of the recipe. ( it will still be moist, but this will keep the center of the cake from being gooey) Mix in 7-8 over-ripe bananas. Make sure to use a blender or food processor, so that you can get it thoroughly mixed. I preheated my oven to 350 degrees. But where as you would normally cook a cake about 20 minutes. It will end up being about 30 minutes, because it takes you longer to cook because of all the banana. Use a toothpick to stick in the cake, and when toothpick comes back out clean. You know it’s ready. Really delicious, if I do say so myself! 🙂
