G.U.T.S. (5) Goals Utilize The Strengths –
A healthy outlook will promote a healthy
inlook. Act right to feel right. Aim for
something good. To hit the target, aim
for the bullseye. Aim for the very essence
of that which you wish to achieve.
Aim for the periphery and you will miss. You have to aim dead
center to hit your goal. Even then, adjustments of equipment &
coordination must be made. But if you don’t aim for the exact
essence of what you want to achieve. You are just taking a random
shot. Don’t take pot shots.
Be true to your target. You are not likely to wind up on the right
track; starting on the wrong one. If you roll a ball down the steps,
it tends to go sideways, not straighten itself out. So start true. Be
the very thing that you want to attain. If you are what you pursue,
then staying true to the course will be easier. It is not practice that
makes perfect; but perfect practice that makes perfect. Start in
the right direction.
Also, few are the times that we truly have to start from
scratch. Most times, we have assets that we can use to reach our
next targets. But oftentimes, we show up at the ball field, without
our glove. Meaning that we do not utilize the strengths we already
own. Before mapping out a new battle plan; do an inventory of
steps that you have already taken and developments that you have
already gained. Utilize the advantages of your previous experience,
in your next plan of action. Harness the strengths you already have.
It really is foolish to re-invent the wheel.

Meditate on these words. They are strong and will help
you be better. ………………………..Goals Utilize The Strengths.
