- TAKE A HIKE TODAY
- MAKE 1 POSITIVE CHANGE TO YOUR DIET TODAY
- BEGIN TO PARK A LITTLE FARTHER AWAY TO WALK A LITTLE MORE TODAY (IT SAVES THE HANDICAPPED SPOTS FOR THOSE THAT REALLY NEED IT.)
- DRINK A WHOLE GLASS OF WATER AT MEAL TIME (2 GLASSES, IF THEY ARE FULL OF ICE)
- TAKE A MULTI-VITAMIN EVERY DAY IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY. (IF YOU ARE, READ SOMETHING TODAY ABOUT VITAMINS AND HEALTH ONLINE THAT YOU HAVE NOT READ BEFORE).
- IF YOU ARE OVER 50, TAKE A LOW DOSE ASPIRIN EVERY DAY. (IF YOU ARE, REMIND A FRIEND OVER 50 & SAFEGUARD THEIR LIFE ALSO).
- FORGIVE SOMEBODY TODAY. IT WILL IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH & MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE!
