I wrote this article to help people have more spiritually vital and meaningful lives. It has powerful principles tucked inside to help you make your life more spiritually significant and on target. Yet, very few people have read this vital information, so I share it again!

In the 70’s and the 80’s Wheaties was popularized by commercials that presented the cereal as a sure part of having a life of vitality, strength & health. Many times it seems to me that people need spiritual “Wheaties.” What are those basics that you can count on, to make your life more solidly spiritually healthy?
