I am definitely an omnivore. I love fish and meats. Especially fish that I and game meats that I hunt. However, I am becoming increasingly convinced that I need a much higher percentage of organic, vegetables. This is at friends urging, my own research, and a definite intention to eat more healthy for the rest of my life. Oh well so much for the explanation. Today, I decided turn into an all-veggie day, since I was out and about yesterday and could not control my diet as much as I wanted. Lunch anyone? Slam-
All veggie day today.
Lunch = a huge salad;
Baby lettuce, lettuce, baby greens, romaine lettuce, arugula, Spinach, Red Leaf lettuces, Beats, radishes, cucumbers, spring onions, and I will put a garlic and basil vinaigrette on it, for dressing. May put a little bit of my homemade hot pepper chow chow on it to make it a little more interesting. 😉
