Cook two eggs over light.
Toast four pieces of high nutrient
bread
Lightly butter one side of the toast
and put an overlight egg on top.
Crumble and warm some feta
cheese on top of the egg
Grill two pieces of balogna or deli
roast beef. Put on top of the feta &
egg.
Melt two pieces of mozarella
cheese for twenty seconds in the
microwave on top of the meat.
Add Mayo if you prefer.
Garnish with your favorite pepper.
Makes two really delicious
breakfast sandwiches.
Less than twenty minutes
