Microwave Fish Fillets

So, I like fish a lot. And I catch fish a lot….. And I love to eat them. But I don’t like to bread them and I don’t like to fry them. And I sure don’t like to take the time to pre-heat the oven to broil them.

But I think i’m on to something. Today I took a Pack of bass fillets. And quickly defrosted them 3 to 4 minutes on about half power In the microwave. Then I made a honey mustard with dill and lemon marinade. And cook the fish 3 to 4 minutes covered.. In the microwave, High power.

When I took them out, I poured the Marinade down the sink, along with any fishy, wild taste.

Then I put the fillets back in the microwave with salt – pepper – butter and garnish; Covered for 2 minutes watching carefully. Wow, they turned out good.. This pastor enjoyed his homemade lunch.. 🙂
