Tangy-Sweet Mild Venison-Baconator Chilli

Medium size crock pot
1.5-2 lbs. Burger (Un-wilded deer, I can tell u how, if needed)
Pre-mix: 6 oz. Miracle Whip
3 oz. Carolina Treat bbq sauce
3 oz. Apple cider vinegar
4 oz. Pickling salt
2 oz. Heinz mustard
3 tbsp. Garlic powder
4 oz. Ranch dressing
2 oz. Vanilla yogurt
Stir, let sit refrigerated overnight if you can.
Put burger in crock pot on high.
Add prepared Pre-mix & stir into burger.
While it heats, prepare & add the following.
8 oz tomatoe soup
4 oz Italian dressing
4 oz HOT chow chow – I use my own. U will have to purchase at store…
Coarse chop sweet or Vidalia onion & add
4-5 oz. of granulated sugar
3 12 oz. cans – Ur favorite chilli with beans
4-6 oz. Applesauce-I used strawberry flavor
4-6 oz. Pancake syrup.
Stir and let cook in pre-heated crock pot for 3 hours.
Fry 3-4 strips of bacon slightly crisp, crumble and add Bacon & grease to chilli and stir in.
Do not overcook. Serve hot. Provide 🔥 hot 🌶 peppers & sauces, so people
can heat it up to their own tastes!
