My wife Dawn and the passing of her mother – Helene Maxine Smith

A man learns to love his wife, when she is good to all.
A man learns to love his wife, when she is true and faithful.
A man learns to love his wife when she is there for him, when nobody else really is.
A man learns to love his wife when she’s consistent, dependable and steadfast in love.
A man learns to love his wife, when he sees that she has a heart full of philanthropy and kindness for friends & Neighbors.
A man learns to love his wife, when she deeply loves his soul and wants him to put Christ FIRST Above All Else!
And a man learns to love his wife in a whole new level, when she sits daily, & caringly by a suffering mother’s side:,with a delicate, loving, understanding, & patient touch.
A man learns to love his wife, when he senses on a deep level that his marriage to her is really God working out His wonderful plan of love, in their lives.
A man learns to love his wife when he watches her be the most beautiful Godly & charitable example he knows.
This man learns to love his wife, a little more each day, watching the wonderful way she lives and looking forward to; sharing the rest of our lives together!

As my wife Dawn Carter stood by her mother Helen’s side for the last 3 years, now I will stand by her side, as she grieves and recovers. Please pray that God give her comfort, strength and encouragement, in this difficult time.

As I have watched Dawn’s tireless efforts to take care of her mother and family, I have realized more clearly, what a treasure Dawn is to me. I am very thankful for her love. As her brother, Rick Smith & Dawn think now, of the blessing their mother was in their lives. It makes me see clearer how good & Godly, she raised her daughter (my wife Dawn) to be. I am very thankful for my wife. And

I am thankful for the life of Helen Smith;
3-15-1924 to 10-7-2021. May she rest in peace in the arms of Jesus.
