Slam’s Deer Chili Christmas 2017

1- 4 lbs. of deer hamburger, fried with soy sauce, ½ cup Moore’s marinade, olive oil, pepper, Cavendar’s Greek Seasoning & Special Mex. Herbs,

2- 2 large cans of Hormel Chili with beans,

3- 1 can Northern beans,

4- 1 large can black beans,

5- 1 cup 100 herb Slam Sauce,

(I make and season this throughout the year, so it is impossible

to share but yours will still be good without it or your own

special touch.)

6- 2 large, Chopped white sweet Onion,

7- ¼ Cup Carolina Treet BBQ Sauce.

8- 1 pkg Weyler’s taco Seasoning mix.

9- ½ Cup Red wine vinegar,

10- ½ cup honey,

11- ½ cup Slam’s Hot Chow Chow, to taste.

12- 2-3 oz’s. of Yucatan Chipotle Hot Sauce.

Cook on High in large crock pot for 3 hours.

Better if season’s overnight. Yes, it is still good without “proprietary” ingredients!
