Lime Ginger and papaya broiled king mackerel steaks. The 4 oz. Steaks marinated in the flavoring baste for 3 – 4 hours, then they were broiled for 4 minutes, turned & broiled on the other side. Then a homade pickled medley of fresh vegetables pickled to taste overnight. Then take; home home seasonings ( as honey, vinegar, rosemary, lime etc. ) and add to a can of pre-sliced beets and cure for at least 3 hours,. Then add a chocolate Kiss to top it off., as a decorative sweet, low- calorie garnish. … 589 calories
