Homemade Lunch: Yes I should have took a picture. It looked amazing in the pan before I put it on the plate. it was absolutely wonderfully delicious-had no breadcrumbs nor any added salt. Although there is salt in the food.
Peppered Ginger lime flounder fillets – Broiled
Broil 12 minutes filets turned turned-over,
repeppered And relemoned at the 6 min mark
One pound frozen wild caught flounder thawed
1/3 cup 🍋 juice poured on each fillet
3-4 teaspoons of minced garlic on filets
2 teaspoons Bohemian Ginger lime hot pepper
tonic on the fillets
2 tablespoons Kraft olive oil vinaigrette Italian, spread on each fillet
12 green olives spread around and cooked thel last6 minutes on the top.
