Slams Mexi – jalapeno, Cayenne, cilantro Deer chili

Slam’s Mexi – jalapeno, Cayenne, cilantro Deer chili

4 to 5 lb pre-cooked lean deer hamburger, preferably corn-fed deer

28 oz of baked beans seasoned with brown sugar and bacon

14 oz of chopped tomatoes with bell and Chili Peppers

18 Oz chili con carne cooking sauce

48 oz mild chili pinto beans

16oz hot dog chili sauce

28 Oz organic basil crushed tomatoes

1 Bunch fresh cilantro chopped medium fine

2 oz garlic butter

6 oz cayenne pepper sauce

3 oz balsamic vinegar

One whole medium-hot chopped onion

1 tbsp Cavender’s all-purpose greek seasoning

8 medium hot, large jalapeno peppers (seeds left in) cut in thirds or quarters for seasoning not chopped. That way whomever you serve can eat these intentionally or see to avoid them.

One package Lawry tacos seasoning

Cook on high for one and a half hours
Cook on low for 6 hours

Makes one large crock pot of delicious chili.

Feeds 10 to 12 a healthy, hearty Bowl.
