But it seems that adversity is often the fertile ground, in which the seeds of triumph are born.  In fact, one of the most consistent hallmarks of most sales achievers is that they are optimistic, regardless of circumstance. They believe in their own ability to achieve, even if situations don’t seem ideal.

     A great sales producer can face customer rejection, the negative feelings of the workplace and still have an abiding conviction that things will eventually go their way.  This positive forecasting; this internal vision of optimism is critical to achieving results and happiness in the work place.
